All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be accurate and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in account closure.
Account Security

Section 3: Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
ba999 status accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

Minimum Amounts

Withdrawal Processing
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. We may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. Payment may be delayed until verification is complete.
Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods registered in another person's name are not permitted — the account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person.
Section 4: Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 as a bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000, meaning a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus winnings.
Meeting Wagering Requirements
To withdraw any amount received as a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be completed — 20 times the bonus amount must be wagered. If a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
Bonus Abuse
If any user attempts to claim bonuses through account manipulation, multiple accounts, or any other dishonest means, ba999 status reserves the right to forfeit all related bonuses and associated earnings and to close the account.
VIP Cashback Programme
ba999 status has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A cashback rate applies to weekly net losses at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum and 1.2% at Diamond. Example: if a Gold tier member has a net weekly loss of ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
Section 5: Gaming and Betting Rules
Fair Play Policy
All slots, casino and sports betting services on ba999 status are operated fairly and transparently. If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical issue or a third-party software error, the platform reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet.
Wins Resulting from System Errors
ba999 status is not obligated to pay any incorrect balance or incorrect winning amount displayed due to a software bug, display error, or communication failure. In such cases, the records will be corrected according to the actual calculation and the user will be informed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software

- Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
